Clinton to arrive in Lenoir at 3:15 p.m.

The time and location of former President Bill Clinton's visit to Lenoir today have been released by the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Clinton is scheduled to arrive at 3:15 p.m. at the residence of Charles Lovins located at 902 College Avenue SW in downtown Lenoir. The house is located across from St. James Episcopal Church and Davenport A+ Elementary School.

The Hillary Clinton campaign has termed the visit a front porch meeting and themed as a “Solutions for America” event.

The appearance by Clinton is free and open to the public.

The Lenoir stopover is part of an busy final two days of the campaign before North Carolina voters head to the polls Tuesday to cast ballots in the primary election. Prior to arriving in Lenoir, the former president has planned visits in Marion and Morganton.

Hillary Clinton, a Democratic senator from New York, is battling Illinois Sen. Barack Obama for their party's nod in the November presidential election against likely Republican nominee Arizona Sen. John McCain.
